No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be approved in advance via e-mail, by phone or in person with an authorized GC Flight Agent. Cancellations are not effective until a cancellation authorization number is issued and distributed. Flights or ground tours are subject to loss of deposit amount or up to 30% of the actual tour cost. Any refunds in the event service(s) described in the applicable GC Flight tour itinerary cannot be provided due to causes beyond the control of GC Flight, we will exercise all efforts to provide comparable service(s). If your itinerary package is cancelled and comparable service(s) cannot be provided, GC Flight or the applicable carrier will refund all monies paid. Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund processing. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of a tour. Wedding Cancellation: A full seven (7) day cancellation notice is in effect and is required for a full refund, three (3) days for 50% refund and no refunds inside of three (3) days.
